How PSA Oxygen Generators Work?

- Adsorption: Compressed air passes through vessels containing zeolite molecular sieves, which selectively adsorb nitrogen, allowing oxygen to pass through.
- Desorption: Once the sieve material becomes saturated with nitrogen, the system reduces pressure to release the adsorbed nitrogen, regenerating the sieve for the next cycle.
- Continuous Operation: By utilizing dual adsorption vessels, the system ensures a continuous supply of oxygen by alternating between adsorption and desorption phases.
